I got to see the great line of Contraband hats at last weekend's FEM event (Fashion Elements' Spring Glam at the Pacific Design Center). There were many great booths to choose from, but the one I got most mesmerized by was the Contraband section (love saying that). Their hats are hot. Not only did the ones I tried fit snugly and comfortably right from the start (something rare with me), but the style is impeccable. There were caps (regular and trucker style) with cool cutting-edge edgy patterns on them (imagine if Peter Max and Ed Hardy had a love child), as well as some thin-brimmed fedoras that were fetching as well. We honestly wanted to take everything home. Speaking of everything, the owner and designer of the Contraband goods told us that Tommy Lee obtained a bunch for use on his new reality show, so stay tuned. Other celebs who like Contraband include Paulina Rubio, Jamie Foxx and Wyclef Jean. You will dig them, too.
