JUN 14: GOURMET ON FIRE, GOURMET MAGAZINE'S HOT CHIC FOOD/WINE EVENT, AT LOEWS SANTA MONICA BEACH HOTEL

Gourmet on Fire, hosted by Gourmet Magazine, will take place Saturday June 14th, 2008 and run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, featuring excellent food, libations and a sensational summer sunset setting

Gourmet Magazine invites you to join them for Gourmet on Fire, a wonderful poolside sunset event featuring some of the city’s hottest chefs. Attendees will enjoy excellent cuisine, wine and cocktails, in a sensational location (the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel). Participating chefs include Akasha Richmond, executive chef of Akasha; Govind Armstrong, executive chef Table 8; Gregory Foos, executive chef of Ocean & Vine, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel; Joe Miller, executive chef & owner of Joe’s Restaurant; Katsuya Uechi, executive chef, Katsu-Ya; Neal Fraser, executive chef & co-owner of Grace and BLD restaurants; Zoe Nathan, pastry chef, Rustic Canyon Wine Bar and Seasonal Kitchen; and Michael Green, Gourmet Wine & Spirits Consultant.

A portion of the event’s proceeds will go to the Southland Farmers’ Market Association.
