Revolution Money Exchange sounds like a service very similar to PayPal, but without any fees (that is what they claim). The email I got said:

May 15, 2008 is apparently the deadline to get the free $25 bonus for signing up (not confirmed whether they may extend the offer, so look into it right away if interested). We have not signed up yet, but are seriously considering it. Again, here is the link to the signup bonus.
