Event to Include Celebrity Art Auction, Pet Halloween Fashion Show & Adoption Event, Pet Psychic and More; Celebrity Guests Include Tiffani Amber Theissen, Brady Smith, Michelle Stafford, Hunter Allan and Judith Chapman from The Young and The Restless; Actress Jane Lynch Returns as Host

WHAT: The 2nd Annual “Race for the Rescues” 5K Run/Walk at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena will be held this year on October 28th. The event, hosted by actress Jane Lynch (THE 40 YEAR-OLD VIRGIN, BEST IN SHOW), will benefit non-profit animal rescue organization The Rescue Train, as well as Best Friends Animal Society, Kitten Rescue, Animal Alliance, A Dog’s Life Rescue, Four-Legged Friends Foundation, The Lange Foundation, and Molly’s Mutts & Meows. In addition to the 5K run and walk, “Race for the Rescues” will also feature Walk of Paws – a celebrity art auction featuring one-of-a-kind works created by celebrities and their pets (past participants include famous animal lovers Jessica Alba, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston, Charlize Theron, Amanda Peet and Courtney Cox); a pet Halloween adoption event and fashion show; pet psychic; and more.
